Acceptance of Terms

• Single Account: You must not already hold a registered account on star888. Each individual is permitted exactly one account. The creation of additional accounts for any reason — including to circumvent a suspension, claim multiple bonuses, or exceed betting limits — is strictly prohibited.

3. Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each offer. Bonus funds that expire before wagering is complete are forfeited without compensation.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus offer may be active per player account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering on an active bonus may result in the earlier bonus being voided.
5. Abuse and Fraud: Any player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through arbitrage betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotion — will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided and their account permanently closed.
6. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless stated otherwise in individual promotion terms, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is 10x the bonus value. Winnings above this cap are not withdrawable.

Betting & Casino Rules

6.1 Sportsbook

• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event at the discretion of the trading team. star888 is not liable for any inability to place or settle a live bet caused by market suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

Account Suspension & Closure

star888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity or other players.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
2. Failure to provide adequate identity documentation when requested during KYC review.
3. Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
4. Chargeback initiated on a deposit transaction without prior agreement with star888's support team.
5. Duplicate account detection — all accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed.
6. Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to the dormant account policy in force at that time.

8.2 Balances on Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the player, star888 reserves the right to forfeit all real-money balances, bonus balances, and pending withdrawal amounts. Where an account is closed at the player's own voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus wagering requirements) will be paid out to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
